Workers compensation
Every dispatched worker is on our payroll, covered by our workers comp policy. If an injury happens on your jobsite, we file the claim. Your experience modifier stays clean.
OSHA 10 documentation
Every roster worker carries current OSHA 10 (construction) or OSHA 10 (general industry) certification. We pay for the training. Cards are on file and pullable in 5 minutes.
Drug screening
5 panel pre dispatch drug screen. Random screens for workers on accounts running over 30 days. Failed screen means immediate roster removal.
PPE policy
Workers arrive with steel toe boots, eye protection, and gloves. Your jobsite specific PPE (hard hat color, hi vis class, fall protection) we coordinate with you before dispatch.
Incident response
If a worker gets hurt: stop work, call dispatch immediately, get the worker medical attention. We dispatch a safety coordinator inside one hour during business hours. Paperwork starts that day.
Jobsite orientation
For accounts with formal orientation requirements, we coordinate workers attending your orientation before their first dispatch. We track orientation expiration and re send when due.
