Thirty years of
filling NWA crews.
Labor Finders Northwest Arkansas is the local Labor Finders franchise for Benton and Washington counties. We have been dispatching workers in Northwest Arkansas since the mid 1990s. We are family operated, independently owned, and accountable to the same NWA contractors and plant managers we have served for three decades.
Three things we
refuse to compromise.
Local and accountable
We live here. The dispatcher you call has a kid in NWA schools. Your account manager has been in Springdale for 18 years. When you call, you talk to someone with a stake in showing up the next morning.
Backed by a national system
Labor Finders is a 50 year old franchise system with offices across the US. We get the back office, the comp insurance, the technology, and the training. You get a local team with a national balance sheet behind it.
No promises we cannot keep
We will tell you if we cannot fill an order. We will tell you if the trade you need is outside what we place. We will not ghost you and we will not pad an order with workers we know are weak. That is how we kept clients for 30 years.
